Day 1: Haridwar – Barkot (180 km | 6-7 hrs)

Begin your divine journey with an early morning drive from Haridwar to Barkot. Enjoy scenic landscapes and the mesmerizing views of Bandarpunch Peaks. Check in at your hotel/camp and relax for the night in this serene town, a gateway to Yamunotri.

Day 2: Barkot – Yamunotri – Barkot (36 km drive & 6 km trek one way)

After an early breakfast, drive to Janki Chatti and start your trek to Yamunotri (6 km). You can trek on foot or opt for a pony/palanquin at your own cost. Take a holy dip in Surya Kund (hot spring) before offering prayers at Yamunotri Temple and Divya Shila. After darshan, return to Barkot for an overnight stay.

🛕 Yamunotri Temple: Dedicated to Goddess Yamuna, this sacred temple is situated at an altitude of 3,290 meters. According to legend, sage Asti Muni meditated here, and the Ganges appeared as a stream opposite Yamunotri for him in his old age.

Day 3: Barkot – Uttarkashi (155 km | 6-7 hrs)

After breakfast, proceed to Uttarkashi, home to the sacred Vishwanath Temple. Spend your evening exploring the divine aura of this holy town before resting at your hotel.

Day 4: Uttarkashi – Gangotri – Uttarkashi (100 km | 3 hrs one way)

Drive through the picturesque Harsil Valley, following the Bhagirathi River, and reach the revered Gangotri Temple. Perform rituals and experience the spiritual bliss of this sacred site before returning to Uttarkashi for an overnight stay.

🛕 Gangotri Temple: According to Hindu mythology, Goddess Ganga descended on Earth to cleanse the sins of King Bhagirath’s ancestors. The temple, set at an altitude of 3,042 meters, stands as a testament to devotion and faith.

Day 5: Uttarkashi – Guptkashi (220 km | 9 hrs)

After breakfast, embark on a long yet scenic drive to Guptkashi. Upon arrival, check in at the hotel and relax in the tranquil ambiance of this spiritual town.

Day 6: Guptkashi – Sonprayag – Kedarnath (Trek/Helicopter optional – additional ticket price)

Early morning, drive to Sonprayag and begin your trek to Kedarnath Temple. You can either trek (16 km) or opt for a pony/palki. Alternatively, helicopter services are available at an additional cost. Upon reaching Kedarnath, seek blessings at the sacred Jyotirlinga before resting for the night in this divine land.

🛕 Kedarnath Temple: One of the 12 Jyotirlingas of Lord Shiva, Kedarnath stands against the majestic backdrop of the Kedarnath range. It is believed that the Pandavas sought Lord Shiva’s blessings here for redemption after the Kurukshetra war.

Day 7: Kedarnath – Guptkashi

After an early morning darshan at Kedarnath, trek back to Sonprayag and drive to Guptkashi for an overnight stay.

Day 8: Guptkashi – Badrinath (Drive)

Post breakfast, embark on a drive to Badrinath. Upon arrival, take a dip in Tapt Kund (hot springs) before visiting Badrinath Temple. Attend the evening aarti and explore nearby spiritual attractions like Mana Village, Vyas Gufa, and Bhimkund. Overnight stay in Badrinath.

🛕 Badrinath Temple: Nestled at an elevation of 3,133 meters, this temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu. Surrounded by the Nar and Narayan mountain ranges, it offers a breathtaking view of the towering Neelkanth Peak.

Day 9: Badrinath – Rishikesh

After breakfast, bid farewell to the holy land and drive to Rishikesh, the Yoga Capital of the World. Check-in at the hotel and spend the evening exploring the tranquil ashrams and riverbanks.

Day 10: Rishikesh – Haridwar/Dehradun (Departure)

Post breakfast, visit Ram Jhula, Lakshman Jhula, and various ashrams in Rishikesh before departing for Haridwar or Dehradun for your onward journey.

Important Travel Guidelines:

Air Conditioning on Hills: AC functionality is not guaranteed in hilly regions due to terrain and weather conditions.
Cab Accessibility: Vehicles will operate only up to designated points permitted by local authorities. Beyond barricades and parking areas, guests must proceed on foot.
Traffic & Delays: In case of traffic congestion, guests are expected to cooperate, as traffic conditions and government-imposed restrictions are beyond our control.
Missed Flights/Trains & Sightseeing: We hold no responsibility for missed flights, trains, or sightseeing delays caused by traffic congestion. Guests are advised to plan their schedules accordingly.
Time Management: Guests are responsible for managing their time at each sightseeing location to avoid any inconvenience.
Hotel Check-in & Meal Timings: If guests arrive late at the hotel due to traffic, meal timings cannot be extended. Failure to check in on the reserved date will be treated as a no-show, with no refund applicable.
Accommodation Standards in Chardham: Hotels in the Chardham sector offer limited amenities due to the remote location. Guests should select accommodations considering this, as hotel standards may be lower compared to other destinations.

Booking Policy
30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the Land package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
This is in addition to the tour deposit
i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

**The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

If we change or cancel your holiday.

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

Other Important points for changes in booking

If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If there is any refund which is approved by us will be credited in your account 01 to 28 days after approval.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or call and email our representative immediately (email for feedback and complaints: support@travelotouch.com) who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

Holiday Vouchers Delivery:

For fixed departure: We release the holiday vouchers 03 days prior to departure date.

For Standard holiday (FIT) plan we release the holiday vouchers within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete payment.

If payment made through cheque the vouchers will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours after amount credited in our account.
Driver detail will be shared 24 hours before starting the travel.
