Day 01: Bangalore – Coorg Transfer | Enroute Kushalnagar Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Bangalore Airport / Railway Station, proceed towards Coorg through the scenic countryside of Karnataka. Enroute visit the famous Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery), one of the largest Tibetan settlements in India, followed by Kaveri Nisargadhama, a beautiful river island surrounded by bamboo groves and greenery. Continue towards Dubare Elephant Camp, known for its riverside setting and elephant conservation activities. Later proceed towards Madikeri, check in to the hotel and visit Raja’s Seat, a popular sunset point offering panoramic views of Coorg’s valleys and rolling hills.

Day 02: Coorg Sightseeing | Madikeri & South Coorg Circuit

After breakfast, proceed for a complete sightseeing tour covering the Madikeri and South Coorg region. Visit the beautiful Abbey Falls, surrounded by coffee and spice plantations, followed by the historic Madikeri Fort and the unique Omkareshwara Temple. Continue towards the sacred Bhagamandala, the holy confluence of three rivers, and later visit Talacauvery, the origin point of the River Kaveri located amidst the scenic Brahmagiri Hills. Guests may also enjoy a visit to Mandalpatti View Point through a jeep excursion offering spectacular views of the Western Ghats (Direct Payment Basis), depending on available time.

Day 03: North Coorg Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed towards the untouched and scenic side of Coorg. Visit Harangi Dam, known for its peaceful surroundings, followed by the picturesque Chiklihole Reservoir offering beautiful sunset and nature views. Continue towards Honnamana Kere Lake, one of Coorg’s largest natural lakes, and explore the breathtaking Mallalli Falls, nestled amidst dense forests and the Western Ghats. Enjoy scenic drives through coffee plantations and charming village landscapes before returning to the hotel.

Day 04: Coorg – Ooty Transfer | Enroute Complete Pykara Belt Sightseeing

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Ooty through beautiful forest roads and Nilgiri mountain landscapes. Enroute explore the famous Pykara region covering Pykara Lake, Pykara Waterfalls, the picturesque Pine Forest, Shooting Point, Wenlock Downs (9th Mile), and Kamaraj Sagar Dam, all known for their stunning natural beauty and movie shooting locations.

Upon arrival in Ooty, check in to the hotel and later spend leisure time at Ooty Lake and the local market area.

Day 05: Ooty & Coonoor Sightseeing

After breakfast, proceed for a full-day excursion covering the best attractions of Ooty and Coonoor. Visit Doddabetta Peak, the highest point in the Nilgiris offering breathtaking panoramic views, followed by the beautiful Government Botanical Garden, Rose Garden, and the famous Tea Factory & Tea Museum. Later proceed towards Coonoor and explore Sim’s Park, Dolphin’s Nose, Lamb’s Rock, Catherine Falls View Point, and the picturesque tea estates spread across the hills before returning to Ooty.

Day 06: Ooty Leisure & Additional Sightseeing

After breakfast, enjoy a relaxed day exploring the remaining attractions and hidden gems of Ooty. Visit Emerald Lake, Avalanche Lake, and the scenic Upper Bhavani region, known for untouched landscapes, dense forests, and tranquil surroundings. Guests can also enjoy boating, photography, and nature walks amidst the serene Nilgiri environment (activities on Direct Payment Basis).

Return to the hotel and enjoy a peaceful evening amidst the cool climate of Ooty.

Day 07: Ooty – Bandipur National Park – Bangalore Drop

After breakfast, check out and proceed towards Bangalore. Enroute pass through the scenic forest region of Bandipur National Park, one of India’s famous wildlife reserves. Guests may enjoy a thrilling jungle safari to spot elephants, deer, bison, and other wildlife species (Direct Payment Basis & Subject to Safari Timings and Availability).

Later continue the journey towards Bangalore and drop at Airport / Railway Station with wonderful memories of your Coorg and Ooty hill station holiday.

• Booking Policy 30 days or more prior to the departure (tour starting date): 25% of the Land package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
  This is in addition to the tour deposit
  i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
  ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
  Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
  For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
  Remarks : Balance payment should have credited as per given dates and above grid.
  Cancellation Policy

  In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

  30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

  **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

• If you Cancel your Holiday
  You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
  Minimum deposit amount is non-refundableIf we change or cancel your holiday.

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

Other Important points for changes in booking

If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If there is any refund which is approved by us will be credited in your account 01 to 28 days after approval.

Guest Conduct and Termination of Services

• Travelotouch is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, drivers, and service providers. Any guest engaging in the following behaviours will result in immediate termination of all services, with no refund applicable:
  • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff, drivers, or other guests.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct that impacts the safety or experience of others.
  • Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or use of prohibited substances, vandalism, or violation of local laws.
  • Non-compliance with tour guidelines or instructions provided by Travelotouch representatives.
• In such cases, Travelotouch reserves the right to end services on the spot, and the guest will be responsible for any additional costs (e.g., transportation or accommodation) incurred due to termination. No refunds will be issued for unused services, and the guest will remain liable for any damages caused.
• Note: Incidents will be documented, and authorities may be involved if illegal activities are suspected. Contact support@travelotouch.com for concerns or to report issues.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or call and email our representative immediately (email for feedback and complaints: support@travelotouch.com) who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

Holiday Vouchers Delivery:

For fixed departure: We release the holiday vouchers 03 days prior to departure date.

For Standard holiday (FIT) plan we release the holiday vouchers within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete payment.

If payment made through cheque the vouchers will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours after amount credited in our account.
Driver detail will be shared 24 hours before starting the travel.
