Day 1: Arrival at Chandigarh/Delhi → Drive to Kasauli (Check-in & Leisure)

Pickup from Chandigarh/Delhi and start your drive to the serene hill station Kasauli. Enjoy the scenic route filled with pine forests and mountain views.
On arrival, check in to your hotel and relax. In the evening, visit the beautiful Sunset Point, Lover’s Lane, and enjoy a peaceful nature walk around the town.
Overnight stay in Kasauli.


Day 2: Kasauli Sightseeing – Monkey Point, Mall Road & Nature Walks

After breakfast, begin your sightseeing tour with a visit to Monkey Point (Manki Point) – the highest point in Kasauli offering breathtaking views of the valley.
Later, visit the Gilbert Trail, one of the most scenic forest walks of Himachal. Continue to the Christ Church, Mall Road, and Tibetan Market for shopping.
Evening free to enjoy the calm ambience of the hills.
Overnight stay in Kasauli.


Day 3: Kasauli → Chandigarh/Delhi (Departure)

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Chandigarh/Delhi. Drop at your desired location with refreshing memories of your peaceful Kasauli trip.

  • Booking Policy 30 days or more prior to the departure (tour starting date): 25% of the Land package cost29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

    19 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
    This is in addition to the tour deposit
    i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
    ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
    Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
    For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
    Remarks : Balance payment should have credited as per given dates and above grid.
    Cancellation Policy

    In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

    30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

    29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

    19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

    **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

  • If you Cancel your Holiday
    You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
    Minimum deposit amount is non-refundableIf we change or cancel your holiday.We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).Other Important points for changes in booking

    If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

    If there is any refund which is approved by us will be credited in your account 01 to 28 days after approval.

    Guest Conduct and Termination of Services

    • Travelotouch is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, drivers, and service providers. Any guest engaging in the following behaviors will result in immediate termination of all services, with no refund applicable:
      • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff, drivers, or other guests.
      • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct that impacts the safety or experience of others.
      • Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or use of prohibited substances, vandalism, or violation of local laws.
      • Non-compliance with tour guidelines or instructions provided by Travelotouch representatives.
    • In such cases, Travelotouch reserves the right to end services on the spot, and the guest will be responsible for any additional costs (e.g., transportation or accommodation) incurred due to termination. No refunds will be issued for unused services, and the guest will remain liable for any damages caused.
    • Note: Incidents will be documented, and authorities may be involved if illegal activities are suspected. Contact support@travelotouch.com for concerns or to report issues.

    If you have a complaint

    If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or call and email our representative immediately (email for feedback and complaints: support@travelotouch.com) who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

    Holiday Vouchers Delivery:

    For fixed departure: We release the holiday vouchers 03 days prior to departure date.

    For Standard holiday (FIT) plan we release the holiday vouchers within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete payment.

    If payment made through cheque the vouchers will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours after amount credited in our account.
    Driver detail will be shared 24 hours before starting the travel.
