Day 1: Arrival in Srinagar – Local Sightseeing

Upon arrival at Srinagar Airport, meet our representative and transfer to your hotel. After check-in, begin exploring the beautiful city of Srinagar. Visit the famous Mughal Gardens including Shalimar Bagh, Nishat Bagh, and Chashme Shahi, which offer stunning views of Dal Lake and the surrounding mountains. Continue to Shankaracharya Temple, located on a hilltop offering panoramic views of the valley. In the evening, enjoy a relaxing Shikara ride on Dal Lake, where you can admire floating gardens, houseboats, and the scenic beauty of the lake. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 2: Srinagar – Pahalgam Excursion – Srinagar

After breakfast, proceed for a scenic drive to Pahalgam, also known as the Valley of Shepherds, located along the beautiful Lidder River. The journey passes through saffron fields and picturesque countryside. On arrival, explore the stunning landscapes of Betaab Valley, famous for its lush meadows and mountain views, and visit Aru Valley, known for its pristine natural beauty and peaceful environment. Travellers may also enjoy optional pony rides or local sightseeing by union vehicles on a Direct Payment Basis. After exploring the valley, return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 3: Srinagar – Gulmarg Excursion – Srinagar

After breakfast, proceed towards Gulmarg, one of the most famous hill resorts and skiing destinations in India. Surrounded by pine forests and snow-covered peaks, Gulmarg offers breathtaking views of the Himalayas. On arrival, explore the scenic meadows and visit the famous Gulmarg Gondola (on Direct payment basis), one of the highest cable cars in the world, offering spectacular views of the snow-covered mountains. Visitors can also enjoy snow activities during winter such as skiing, sledging, and snowboarding available on a Direct Payment Basis. After sightseeing, return to Srinagar in the evening. Overnight stay in Srinagar.

Day 4: Srinagar – Sonmarg Excursion – Srinagar

After breakfast, proceed for an excursion to Sonmarg, known as the Meadow of Gold, located amidst majestic glaciers and alpine meadows. The drive to Sonmarg offers stunning views of snow-capped mountains and the Sindh River flowing alongside the road. On arrival, travellers may take a pony ride to visit Thajiwas Glacier, where you can enjoy snow views even during summer months. Spend time exploring the beautiful valley and capturing scenic Himalayan landscapes. Optional pony rides and local transport are available on a Direct Payment Basis. Later return to Srinagar for overnight stay.

Day 5: Srinagar – Departure

After breakfast, check out from the hotel and proceed to Srinagar Airport for your onward journey. If time permits, guests may explore the local markets of Srinagar known for Kashmiri handicrafts, dry fruits, and pashmina shawls before departure, concluding a memorable Kashmir holiday with Travelotouch.

• Booking Policy 30 days or more prior to the departure (tour starting date): 25% of the Land package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
  This is in addition to the tour deposit
  i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
  ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
  Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
  For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
  Remarks : Balance payment should have credited as per given dates and above grid.
  Cancellation Policy

  In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

  30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

  **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

• If you Cancel your Holiday
  You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
  Minimum deposit amount is non-refundableIf we change or cancel your holiday.We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

  Other Important points for changes in booking

  If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

  If there is any refund which is approved by us will be credited in your account 01 to 28 days after approval.

  Guest Conduct and Termination of Services

  • Travelotouch is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, drivers, and service providers. Any guest engaging in the following behaviors will result in immediate termination of all services, with no refund applicable:
    • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff, drivers, or other guests.
    • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct that impacts the safety or experience of others.
    • Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or use of prohibited substances, vandalism, or violation of local laws.
    • Non-compliance with tour guidelines or instructions provided by Travelotouch representatives.
  • In such cases, Travelotouch reserves the right to end services on the spot, and the guest will be responsible for any additional costs (e.g., transportation or accommodation) incurred due to termination. No refunds will be issued for unused services, and the guest will remain liable for any damages caused.
  • Note: Incidents will be documented, and authorities may be involved if illegal activities are suspected. Contact support@travelotouch.com for concerns or to report issues.

  If you have a complaint

  If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or call and email our representative immediately (email for feedback and complaints: support@travelotouch.com) who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

  Holiday Vouchers Delivery:

  For fixed departure: We release the holiday vouchers 03 days prior to departure date.

  For Standard holiday (FIT) plan we release the holiday vouchers within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete payment.

  If payment made through cheque the vouchers will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours after amount credited in our account.
  Driver detail will be shared 24 hours before starting the travel.
