Puri with GangaSagar :05 Nights/06 Days

Day 1: Bhubaneswar Rly. Station / Airport |Bhubaneswar Sightseen

Arrival at Bhubnesher Drive for Hotel enroute visit Chandra Bhaga Sea Beach, Konark Sun Temple, Pipili (the eplique village) & Dhauli. On arrival check in to hotel. Evening free for leisure. Overnight stay will be at Bhubaneswar.

 Day 2 : Bhubnesher to Puri – Konark Sightseeing

After Breakfast visit Chandra Bhaga Beach, Konark Sun Temple, Pipili (the eplique village), Dhauli, Lingaraj temple, Udaygiri & Khandagiri. Evening free for shopping at Sea side where you can get some unique ornaments & showpieces made by Shell. Overnight stay will be at Puri.

Day 3 : Excursion to Chilika Lake (50 kms)

After breakfast start for day excursion to Chilika Lake (Place called Satpada). It’s famous for Irrawaddy Dolphins. One can enjoy boating at Satpada (at own cost) and visit the lagoon where the lake meets with into Bay of Bengal. Evening back to Puri. Overnight stay will be at Puri.

 Day 4 :-Drop at Puri Railway Station | Arrival at Kolkata 

After breakfast directly transfer to Puri Railway Station for your onwards journey.  Drop at Puri railway station.Same Day Evening Pick up From Howrah Railway station Drive to Hotel Overnight stay at Hotel.

 Day 05 ( Arrival + Day Excursion to Gangasagar)

 Early morning at 6AM Pick up From Hotel Morning leave for full day excursion to Gangasagar [Gangasagar is a charming tourist destination, which attracts both pilgrims and adventure lovers. Located on an island in the Sunderbans, Gangasagar offers the charms of an un-spoilt beach on the estuary of the river Ganges. Also known as Sagardwip, Gangasagar is still unexplored and therefore unexploited. The island of Gangasagar is one of the most famous Hindu pilgrimage centres in India. At Gangasagar one can visit the famous Kapil Muni Temple which has an ancient lineage. The present temple however, was built in 1973, as storms and the sea have washed three previous temples away. Other holy places to visit in Sagardwip are Bharat Sevashram Sangha temple, the Ramakrishna Mission and the Onkarnath temple.]. By evening back to Kolkata & drop at hotel for overnight stay.

 Important points regarding Gangasagar

v The vehicle that will drop you at Kakdwip (Lot No. 08) in Gangasagar will be stationed over there until you come back.

  Driving time may vary depending on the traffic condition.

Ferry services are available at regular intervals of 30mins in the morning/evening and 45mins in the afternoon.

 Sailing time may vary depending on the tides.

In case guide is not required for the tour then entrance/incidentals charges will be on direct payment & Local Non AC vehicle at Gangasagar will be arranged by guests directly.

 Day 6: Kolkata Half Day City Tour – Kolkata Airport / Rly. Station

After breakfast check out from hotel with bag & baggage and start for half day sightseeing GPO*, Writers Building*, Eden Garden Stadium*, Mother House, Victoria Memorial Hall & Kalighat Kali Temple. (*Drive Pass) After that transfer to the Airport / Railway Station for your onwards journey.

• Services of the vehicle on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary
• All alcoholic/aerated beverages, mineral water and starters
• Camers fees
• Medical and travel insurance

Booking Policy

• 30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the Land package cost29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
  • This is in addition to the tour deposit
  1. i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
     ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
  • Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment
  • For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance

  Cancellation Policy

  In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

  30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

  **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

• If you Cancel your Holiday
• You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
• Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

• If we change or cancel your holiday. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. o If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

• If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
