SOUTH INDIA GRAND TOUR – 19 NIGHTS / 20 DAYS

Day 1: Bangalore Arrival & Local Sightseeing

Arrive in Bangalore and check-in at your hotel. Later visit Lalbagh Botanical Garden, Cubbon Park, Vidhana Soudha (Photo Stop), Bangalore Palace, ISKCON Temple, and MG Road Brigade Road Street Walk. Overnight stay in Bangalore.

Day 2: Bangalore → Mysore (Royal Heritage Tour)

After breakfast drive to Mysore. Enroute visit Srirangapatna, including Daria Daulat Bagh, Gumbaz, and Tipu Sultan’s Summer Palace.
At Mysore visit Mysore Palace, Chamundi Hills, Nandi Bull Statue, Jaganmohan Palace, St. Philomena’s Cathedral, and Brindavan Garden Musical Fountain Show in the evening. Overnight in Mysore.

Day 3: Mysore → Coorg (Arrival & Coorg Welcome Tour)

After breakfast leave for Coorg. Enroute visit Kaveri Nisargadhama, Golden Temple (Namdroling Monastery), and Harangi Dam (Optional).
In the evening visit Raja’s Seat and Madikeri Fort and enjoy Coorg nightlife. Overnight in Coorg.

Day 4: Coorg Full-Day Sightseeing (All Major Points)

Explore Coorg’s best attractions including Dubare Elephant Camp, Abbey Falls, Talakaveri, Bhagamandala Temple, Nisargadhama, Chiklihole Reservoir, and Omkareshwara Temple. Evening free to explore Coorg spice markets & coffee estates. Overnight in Coorg.

Day 5: Coorg → Ooty (Hill Drive)

After breakfast depart for Ooty. Enroute enjoy scenic views at Bandipur Tiger Reserve and Mudumalai Forest Range (forest safari optional). On arrival check in and relax.
Evening free at Ooty Lake & Boat House. Overnight in Ooty.

Day 6: Ooty & Coonoor Full-Day Sightseeing (Major Points)

After breakfast enjoy full-day sightseeing covering

Coonoor:

Overnight stay in Ooty.

Day 7: Ooty → Coimbatore (Adiyogi & Isha Foundation)

Drive to Coimbatore and visit Adiyogi Shiva Statue, Isha Yoga Center, Dhyanalinga Temple, Linga Bhairavi, and the serene meditation zones.
Overnight stay in Coimbatore.

Day 8: Coimbatore → Kodaikanal (Arrival & Views)

After breakfast drive to Kodaikanal. After check-in visit Kodai Lake, Bryant Park, Coaker’s Walk, and Silver Cascade Waterfall. Overnight in Kodaikanal.

Day 9: Kodaikanal Full Sightseeing

Full-day sightseeing covering Pillar Rocks, Guna Caves (Devil’s Kitchen), Pine Forest, Moier Point, Green Valley View, Upper Lake View, La Salette Church & Chettiar Park. Overnight in Kodaikanal.

Day 10: Kodaikanal → Madurai (Temple City)

Drive to Madurai. Visit Meenakshi Amman Temple, Thirumalai Nayakkar Palace, Gandhi Museum, and attend evening Temple Aarti. Overnight in Madurai.

Day 11: Madurai → Rameshwaram (Pilgrimage Tour)

Morning drive to Rameshwaram. Visit Ramanathaswamy Temple, Agni Theertham, Pancha Mukhi Hanuman Temple, Floating Stone, Ramar Patham, Kothandaramaswamy Temple, and APJ Abdul Kalam Memorial. Overnight in Rameshwaram.

Day 12: Rameshwaram → Kanyakumari (Sunset Point)

After breakfast cross the scenic Pamban Bridge and drive to Kanyakumari. Visit Vivekananda Rock Memorial, Thiruvalluvar Statue, Gandhi Mandapam, Kanyakumari Amman Temple, and enjoy the famous Sunset Viewpoint. Overnight stay.

Day 13: Kanyakumari → Kovalam / Trivandrum

Depart for Kovalam. On arrival visit Lighthouse Beach, Hawa Beach, Samudra Beach.
In Trivandrum visit Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Napier Museum, Zoo, Art Museum, and local markets. Overnight stay in Kovalam/Trivandrum.

Day 14: Kovalam → Alleppey (Backwaters Stay)

Drive to Alleppey. Experience a houseboat cruise, passing canals, lagoon villages, and paddy fields. Lunch can be served on the boat. Overnight in a houseboat or resort.

Day 15: Alleppey → Thekkady (Periyar Wildlife)

After breakfast drive to Thekkady and visit Periyar Wildlife Sanctuary (Boat Safari), Spice Plantation Tour, Elephant Ride (Optional), and Kalaripayattu Martial Arts Show. Overnight in Thekkady.

Day 16: Thekkady → Munnar (Tea Garden Route)

Drive to Munnar. On arrival visit Tea Plantations, Blossom Park, Pothamedu Viewpoint and relax. Overnight stay in Munnar.

Day 17: Munnar Full-Day Sightseeing

Full-day sightseeing covering Eravikulam National Park, Mattupetty Dam, Kundala Lake, Echo Point, Top Station, Hydel Park, and Tea Museum. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 18: Munnar Free Day / Leisure Activities

Spend the day as you want: short treks, Kolukkumalai Jeep Safari (optional), Tea tasting tour, Ethereal waterfalls, or leisure at resort. Overnight in Munnar.

Day 19: Munnar → Cochin

Drive to Cochin. Visit Fort Kochi, Chinese Fishing Nets, St. Francis Church, Santa Cruz Basilica, Jew Town, Mattancherry Palace & Marine Drive. Overnight in Cochin.

Day 20: Cochin Departure

Drop at Cochin Airport/Railway Station. Tour ends with unforgettable memories with Travelotouch.

  Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment.
  For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance.
  Remarks : Balance payment should have credited as per given dates and above grid.
  Cancellation Policy

  In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

  30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

  **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

If you Cancel your Holiday
You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person

If we change or cancel your holiday.

We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

Other Important points for changes in booking

If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you.

If there is any refund which is approved by us will be credited in your account 01 to 28 days after approval.

Guest Conduct and Termination of Services

• Travelotouch is committed to ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all guests, staff, drivers, and service providers. Any guest engaging in the following behaviors will result in immediate termination of all services, with no refund applicable:
  • Verbal or physical abuse, harassment, or threatening behavior toward staff, drivers, or other guests.
  • Disruptive or inappropriate conduct that impacts the safety or experience of others.
  • Any illegal activities, including but not limited to possession or use of prohibited substances, vandalism, or violation of local laws.
  • Non-compliance with tour guidelines or instructions provided by Travelotouch representatives.
• In such cases, Travelotouch reserves the right to end services on the spot, and the guest will be responsible for any additional costs (e.g., transportation or accommodation) incurred due to termination. No refunds will be issued for unused services, and the guest will remain liable for any damages caused.
• Note: Incidents will be documented, and authorities may be involved if illegal activities are suspected. Contact support@travelotouch.com for concerns or to report issues.

If you have a complaint

If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or call and email our representative immediately (email for feedback and complaints: support@travelotouch.com) who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision.

Holiday Vouchers Delivery:

For fixed departure: We release the holiday vouchers 03 days prior to departure date.

For Standard holiday (FIT) plan we release the holiday vouchers within 24 to 48 hours after receiving complete payment.

If payment made through cheque the vouchers will be issued within 24 hours to 48 hours after amount credited in our account.
Driver detail will be shared 24 hours before starting the travel.
