Day 01: Arrival at Delhi |Delhi-Agra Local Sightseeing

Arrival at Delhi Rly Stn. / Airport & Drive to Agra. On arrival check in at hotel. Proceed for sightseeing visiting the world famous Taj Mahal built by the Moghul Emperor Shahjehan in 1630 for his Queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. Later visit the Agra Fort containing the Pearl Mosque, the Halls of Public and Private Audience. Also visit the Tomb of Itmad-ud-Daullah built by Empress Noorjehan in memory of her father. Return back to the Hotel. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 02: Agra to Jaipur Via Fatehpursikri 
After Breakfast & check out from hotel & Depart for Jaipur visiting Fatehpur Sikri . Drive For Jaipur after that Visit Hawa Mahal & through the Pink rose residential & business areas. On arrival check in at hotel. Overnight Jaipur.

Day 03 : Full Day Jaipur Sightseen

After Breakfast Go For Jaipur visit Amber Fort with an Elephant ride( at extra cost subject to availability) till the main entrance of the fort. Amber Fort was the ancient capital of the State. After photo stop at Jal Mahal, Visit Maharaja’s City Palace, the Observatory Visit the Sheesh Mahal or the Hall of Victory glittering with mirrors. Evening free for shopping on own. Return to hotel for the overnight stay.

Day 4:- Drive from Jaipur to Delhi | Jaipur Sightseen

After Breakfats Check out from hotel and drve for Delhi Visit to Qutab Minar, Himayun Tomb and Lotus Temple(Monday Closed) India Gate Akashardham Temple night stay at Hotel

Day 5:-Delhi Sightseen drop at Delhi
After Breakfast like Red Fort (The Red Fort was the residence of the Mughal emperor of India for nearly 200 years) Jama Masjid (A mosque) and Raj Ghat (Memorial to Mahatama Gandhi ji) Later visit the tallest tower in Delhi which is known as Qutub Minar and head towards Delhi Airport/ Railway Station for onwards journey.

· All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air conditioned vehicle

· All toll taxes, parking fees and driver’s allowances

· All applicable taxes

Exclusions :

· All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals

· Entrance fees at all monuments and museums mentioned in the itinerary

· Anything not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’

· Tips, laundry and phone calls

· Services of the vehicle on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary

· All alcoholic/aerated beverages, mineral water and starters

· Camers fees

· Medical and travel insurance

Booking Policy

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

· This is in addition to the tour deposit

i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable

· Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment

· For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

**The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

If you Cancel your Holiday

· You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person • Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

· If we change or cancel your holiday. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. o If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

· If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
