Day 1 – Arrive in Cochin

Arrival Cochin Airport, board the vehicle that will take you to your respective hotel. Cochin is a coastal city that lies on the western coast of Peninsular India. This port city enthrals travellers with its historical monuments, beaches and lush environs. Some of the major landmarks of this place are St. Francis Church, Mattancherry Palace and Santa Cruz Basilica.

 After arrival at the hotel, check-in and take some rest. As the rest of the day is free for leisure activities, you may choose to savour the local cuisine, which is served at several food joints. Alternately, you can explore the bustling markets and streets of Cochin to shop for souvenirs. After a memorable day, return to the hotel for a comfortable overnight stay

Day 2:- Cochin – Munnar ( Approx 04 Hours)

After a tasty breakfast, proceed to Munnar enroute visit athirapally falls . It is adorned with verdant tea gardens and rolling hills that attract tourist from all over the nation. Upon arrival, check into the resort and later in the evening visit Tea Museum. Learn about the various stages of extracting tea from its raw form to final form. Later, you can spend some one-on-one time with Mother Nature here. An overnight stay will be arranged at the hotel in Munnar overnight stay at Hotel

 Day 3:-Sightseeing in Munnar

start your day and leave the hotel for a sightseeing tour of Munnar.From undulating hills to expansive tea estates, Munnar has a lot in store for tourists. This serene hill station is bestowed with diverse landscapes marked by enchanting waterfalls, gushing streams, rich biodiversity and lush greenery. Start your sojourn by admiring the breathtaking beauty of the Nyayamakad Waterfalls.Later, undertake an excursion to the Eravikulam National Park, where you can see several rare species of fauna and flora, such as the Mountain Goat and Neelakurinji, respectively.Eravikulam national park will be closed for visitors from 1st Feb till 31st March Later, enjoy a comfortable overnight stay at the hotel.

 Day 4 – Drive from Munnar to Thekkady (130 km/approx. 4 hours)

Embark on a road journey to Thekkady (Periyar).Located on the Western Ghats, Thekkady is famous for its natural reserves and spice plantations.The region is an abode to varied animal species, including tiger, elephants, spotted deer, langur, sambar and wild boar. A tour of Kerala is incomplete without visiting this place that offers ample opportunities for leisure activities like a boat ride on the Periyar Lake, excursion to Periyar National Park and visit to spice plantations. Upon arrival, check-in at the hotel and relax for some time. Explore the famous site of spice plantations (Charges applicable), which will revive your mind with its serenity and aroma of different spices, such as pepper, vanilla, cinnamon and nutmeg.

Thereafter, return to your hotel room for an overnight stay.

Day 5 – Drive from Thekkady to Alleppey (160 km/approx. 4 hours)

Check-out from the hotel and thereafter, drive to Alleppey – the Venice of the East.Alleppey, also referred to as Alappuzha, is among the oldest planned towns in the region. Famous for houseboat cruise, boat races, clear beaches and marine products, this place is a world-famous backwater holiday destination. Some of the most popular tourist attractions of this serene land are the Alappuzha Beach, Mullakkal Temple, CSI Christ Church, old lighthouse, Punnamada Lake.

Upon arrival, check in to the hotel for overnight stay

Day 6 – Depart from Cochin

Checkout andproceed to the Cochin Airport to board the flight for your onward journey.Tour Ends

· All transfers and sightseeing as per the itinerary in an air conditioned vehicle

· All toll taxes, parking fees and driver’s allowances

· All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals

· Entrance fees at all monuments and museums mentioned in the itinerary

· Anything not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’

· Tips, laundry and phone calls

· Services of the vehicle on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary

· All alcoholic/aerated beverages, mineral water and starters

· Camers fees

· Medical and travel insurance

Booking Policy

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

· This is in addition to the tour deposit

i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable

· Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment

· For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance

Cancellation Policy

In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

**The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

If you Cancel your Holiday

· You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person • Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

· If we change or cancel your holiday. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. o If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

· If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
