A South India Tour : 09 Nights/ 10 Days

Itinerary day wise indicative

Day 1 – Arrive in Bangalore | Drive from Bangalore to Mysore (143 km/approx. 3 hours)

Arrive in Bangalore and proceed to Mysore Mysore via Srirangapatna. Arrive in Mysore and visit Mysore Palace. In the evening, visit Brindavan Gardens. Return to the hotel and stay overnight.

Day 2:–Mysore -OOty

After breakfast proceed to the picturesque hill station of Ooty. , reach Ooty and check-in at the hotel.

Located in the Nilgiri Hills, Ooty is a popular tourist spot with dense forests, impressive mountains and scenic grasslands. Offering spectacular views, it is famous for its mostly unchanging weather, and tea and coffee plantations. Here, you can rejuvenate amidst picturesque surroundings KamrajSagar Dam, Toda Hamlet / School Mund, Pine Tree Forest, WenlockDownsLater, spend the night with a peaceful sleep at the hotel.

Day 3 – Ooty Sightseeing

In the morning, start a tour of the town with a visit to Doddabetta Peak, Ooty Botanical Gardens, Sim’s Park, Coonoor Tea Estate, Lamb’s Rock, Dolphin’s Nose night stay at hotel

Day 4 OotySighsteen  | Drive For Kodaikonal

In morning, check-out from the hotel. Wax World Ooty, Ooty Lake, Ooty Rose Garden, Stone House visit Pykara Lake / Boat House, Pykara Waterfalls, 9th Mile, 6th Mile, Proceed to Kodaikanal. Check in to the hotel and evening at leisure. Overnight stay at hotel.

Day 5 – Kodaikanal

Proceed for half day local tour of Kodaikanal covering: Bryant Park, Coaker’s walk, Pillar Rock and Suicide point. Evening visit Kodai Lake, the man-made star shaped lake, which spreads out over sixty acres. Evening return back to hotel and overnight stay at hotel

Day 6:-Kodaikanal to Madurai Local 125 Kms / 2.5 hours by road

After breakfast check out from hotel and proceed to Madurai. Upon arrival transfer and check in at hotel. visit Madurai Meenakshiamman temple and Gandhi Museum Sri MeenakshiSundareswarar Temple, the temple art museum, puthuMandapam(ThirumalaiNayakkarMahal), Raya gopuram, Overnight stay will be Madurai.

Day 7:-MADURAI – RAMESHWARAM (175 KMS – 04 Hours drive)

After breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to RAMESHWARAM, on arrival check into Hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of RAMESHWARAM – visit RAMANATHASWAMY Temple, AGNITHEERTHAM, RAMJHAROKA Temple, DHANUSHKKODI and ADAM’S Bridge. Overnight stay at the Hotel in RAMESHWARAM.

Day 08 : RAMESHWARAM – KANYAKUMARI (250 KMS – 06 Hours drive)

After early breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to Kanyakumari, on arrival check into Hotel. Afternoon proceed for sightseeing of Kanyakumari – visit SUCHITTHRAM Temple, DEVI.KANYAKUMARI Temple, VIVEKANANDA Rock, GANDHI  Memorial and TRIVENI Sangam. Evening watch the most beautiful Sunset of KANYAKUMARI. Overnight stay at the Hotel in KANYAKUMARI.

Day 9 Kanyakumari to kovalam

Today morning post breakfast then go for Trivandrum sightseeing including Famous Padmanabhaswamy Temple, Kuthiramalika, Napier Museum, Art Gallery &Chala Bazaar. Then visit Kovalam beach, vizhinjamharbor overnight stay at Kovalam

Day 10 :Kovalam – TRIVANDRUM

Drop at Trivandrum,after breakfast check out from Hotel and drive to Trivandrum.r drop to Airport/Railway Station for onward journey.

• All personal expenses, optional tours and extra meals
• Entrance fees at all monuments and museums mentioned in the itinerary
• Anything not mentioned under ‘Inclusions’
• Tips, laundry and phone calls
• Services of the vehicle on leisure days for sightseeing not included in the itinerary
• All alcoholic/aerated beverages, mineral water and starters
• Camers fees
• Medical and travel insurance

Booking Policy

• 30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the Land package cost29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost
  • This is in addition to the tour deposit
  1. i) Balance amount is payable within 24 hours of receiving final tour confirmation
     ii) Important to be aware that the booking deposit is non – refundable
  • Final handover of hotel vouchers / Air tickets will be done only upon receiving full and final payment
  • For payments made through cheques documents will only be dispatched after the cheque clearance

  Cancellation Policy

  In case of cancellation of holiday, the cancellation request must be informed to us via email. As per the booking conditions of holiday packages, we will be constrained to levy the following cancellation charges:

  30 days or more prior to the departure: 25% of the package cost

  29 to 19 days prior to the departure: 50% of the package cost

  19 to 01 days prior to the departure: 100% of the package cost

  **The cancellation charges are based on the above mentioned grid or the deposit amount whichever is higher

• • If you Cancel your Holiday
  • You or any member of your party may cancel their travel arrangements at any time. Written notification or an e-mail to that effect from the person who made the booking must be received at our office. The cancellation charges applicable are as per the published cancellation policy below: Cancellation charges per person
  • Minimum deposit amount is non-refundable

   

  • If we change or cancel your holiday. We do plan the arrangements in advance. It is unlikely that we will have to make any changes to your travel arrangements. o Occasionally, we may have to make changes and we reserve the right to do so at any time. If there are any changes, we will advise you of them at the earliest possible date. o We also reserve the right under any circumstances to cancel your travel arrangements by assigning reasons to you. o If we are unable to provide the booked travel arrangements due to reasons beyond our control (e.g. bad weather):We shall first try to offer alternative dates for the tour if the tour hasn’t already commenced. o If the tour has already commenced, then we shall refund the booking price/fee charged to you on a pro-rata basis depending on the portion of the tour utilized by you. o In all circumstances, however, our liability shall be limited to refunding to you the price we charged as tour fees (Depending on refund from suppliers/hotels).

   

  • If you want to change your holiday plan After confirmation of services, if you wish to change your travel arrangements in any way (e.g. your chosen departure date or accommodation), we will do our utmost to make these changes but it may not always be possible. Any request for changes must be in writing from the person who made the booking. All cost incurred due to amendment will be borne by you. If you have a complaint If you face any problem during your holiday, please inform the relevant supplier (e.g. your hotelier, transporter etc.) and/or our representative immediately who will endeavour to set things right. If your complaint is not resolved locally, please follow this up within 28 days of your return home by writing to us, with your booking reference and all other relevant information. However, please be advised that while we are happy to assist you in the redressal of your complaint, if any, we will be able to extend only our best efforts in managing/coordinating your complaint with the respective service provider. All third party service providers are independent contractors who are at no time under our control or supervision. All booking vouchers and tickets will be provided 3 days before departure.
